After the opening of metro line 3, Xiamen will extend the service time of rail transit operation.  At the same time, in order to strengthen the connection between public transport and Line 3, the municipal transportation bureau organized and compiled the “ 《Bus Linkage Scheme for Rail Transit Line 3》 ” to plan to add or optimize the public transport lines to facilitate the travel of the public.    Metro Line 3 connecting Siming District, Huli District and Xiang ’ an District is an important part of Xiamen rail transit skeleton network. It can not only realize efficient, convenient and large-capacity cross-island passenger transport, but also form a new pattern of travel.
